Abstract
This article analyzes the intersections and divergences between penal, restorative, and divine justice models, emphasizing their concepts, principles, advantages, and limitations. It adopts a comparative approach, considering theories of criminal law, the foundations of restorative justice, and biblical perspectives on justice. The aim is to identify integration possibilities among these models and explore how divine justice, rooted in faith and belief, can enrich contemporary debates on the subject. The study uses bibliographic review and documentary analysis as its methodological basis to examine convergences and divergences. Results suggest that, despite differing objectives and foundations, the three models share essential principles that can contribute to a more comprehensive and balanced view of justice.
