CRIMES CIBERNÉTICOS E O GOLPE DO "BENEFÍCIO DO GOVERNO"

Este artigo científico abordará a área de direito que rege relacionamentos de domínio virtual. E tem como objetivo discutir o posicionamento da legislação digital no Brasil acerca dos crimes cibernéticos acontecidos durante a pandemia pelo Covid 19, em especial ao golpe do “Benefício do Governo”. Como o uso da Internet aumentando naturalmente, crimes são cometidos todos os dias e essa tendência está aumentando, já que a maioria das pessoas ficam quase 24 horas conectadas por dia. Todavia, diante da atual crise pandêmica que a população mundial está vivendo, e dos medos que a atormentam, muitos criminosos estão usufruindo do campo da tecnologia da informação para cometer cibercrimes, como o escolhido para ser tratado neste estudo o “Golpe do Governo”. Com mensagens maliciosas mandadas para os celulares da população, hackers levam o usuário a fornecer dados pessoais que poderão ser roubados por eles. A metodologia aplicada fora a bibliográfica, sendo assim diversas obras doutrinarias foram consultadas para a elaboração desde, também fora consultado sites do governo como o “planalto” para fundamentação legal do mesmo. Por fim pretende-se concluir com medidas assecuratórias no intuído de proteger do mundo dos cibercrimes.
