Contracts constitute a legal business model arising from the human will to acquire, protect, modify or extinguish rights. In this way, it is necessary to conceptualize and understand it in its perspectives, analyzing from its historical evolution to the incessant search for the realization of the principle of the social function, currently, in the context of the collectivity. In summary, the present work intends to study these perspectives in the scope of Human Rights and Environmental Law.
