Apresenta neste trabalho uma análise que procura discorrer sobre a melhor forma de aplicabilidade sobre o melhor para a criança e ao adolescente ligado diretamente a dupla paternidade perante ao registro civil. Observa-se durante este trabalho que o significado de família se alterou diante de algumas mudanças na sociedade, que se encontra introduzida no ordenamento jurídico relacionado a expansão comprometendo-se diretamente o direito do cidadão ao caso concreto, buscando sempre o melhor para a criança. Baseado em estudos de conhecimento jurisprudenciais e doutrinários votados ao que se apresenta melhor para criança e adolescente em relação a paternidade biologia e socioafetiva dentro de registro civil.
