REFLEXÕES SOBRE A LEI MARIA DA PENHA:
ATUALIZAÇÕES E EFICÁCIA NAS MEDIDAS PROTETIVAS

O presente estudo abordará sobre as recentes atualizações realizadas na Lei Maria da Penha e reflexões quanto à eficácia das medidas protetivas. Sendo assim, será analisado sobre o surgimento da Lei n° 11.340/2006, identificando os tipos de violência contra a mulher nela elencados, bem como percorrer as alterações ocorridas na referida legislação no último ano, refletindo se estes melhoramentos geraram maior eficácia na tutela dos direitos das mulheres em situação de violência doméstica e familiar. Foi realizado levantamento bibliográfico do período de 2006 a 2020. O estudo tem como objetivo expor a Lei Maria da Penha e seus avanços, analisando a possível eficácia produzida em sua aplicação. Conclui-se que existem falhas na fiscalização do cumprimento das medidas protetivas, entretanto, as alterações realizadas nos últimos anos mostram que a procura por melhoramentos constantes na Lei Maria da Penha oportunizarão melhores amparos na execução em tutelar os direitos da vítima de violência doméstica.
