DAS QUESTÕES ATINENTES À ESTABILIDADE EMPREGATÍCIA EM DECORRÊNCIA DA MATERNIDADE E FIGURAS AFINS

O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso tem por finalidade promover o estudo acerca da estabilidade provisória das empregadas gestantes nas relações de emprego e as figuras consideradas afins, com apontamentos sobre a evolução histórica da legislação protetiva ao trabalho da mulher no ordenamento jurídico pátrio vigente. Através da análise de jurisprudências e doutrinas, o trabalho tem por escopo propiciar uma análise do impacto das regras de proteção para a inserção da mulher no mercado de trabalho. Almeja, ainda, elucidar que a finalidade maior do instituto é afiançar à mulher e aos seus filhos a proteção necessária durante o período de gravidez e após o parto, para que haja compatibilidade entre mulher e trabalho, sem que ela seja prejudicada profissionalmente pelo fato de tornar-se mãe, uma vez que essa proteção visa atender à função principal do direito, que almeja uma sociedade justa e solidária, fundamentada na dignidade da pessoa humana.
