As condições de elegibilidade referem-se aos requisitos que os candidatos devem cumprir para concorrer a cargos políticos, conforme estabelecido pela Constituição e pelas leis eleitorais de um país. O papel dos partidos políticos na formação dos candidatos em relação a essas condições é fundamental e pode ser interpretado à luz da hermenêutica constitucional, que busca compreender e aplicar os princípios e valores constitucionais na interpretação das normas legais. O objetivo geral desse estudo é analisar o papel dos partidos políticos na formação dos candidatos à luz da hermenêutica constitucional, buscando compreender como as condições de elegibilidade são estabelecidas e aplicadas, bem como avaliar o impacto desses processos na representatividade democrática e na integridade do sistema político.
