A IMPORTÂNCIA DAS SOLUÇÕES PACÍFICAS DE CONFLITOS INTERNACIONAIS ENVOLVENDO DIREITOS HUMANOS
UM ESTUDO VOLTADO PARA A MEDIAÇÃO

The purpose of this article is to study peaceful solutions to international conflicts, particularly the method of mediation. In this way, a bibliographical study was carried out to present and analyze the concepts of international conflict resolution, whether involving peaceful means or not, in an attempt to describe the importance of mediation as a way of resolving international conflicts. The results showed that mediation would be a way of guaranteeing democracy for both parties and ensuring the rights of individuals without using force to impose its ideals.
